Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Flash TNPSC account (an app by Hormonia) and all data associated with it.

How to request account deletion

Send an email from the email address you signed up with to hormonia.in@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my account.

We will verify the request against your registered account and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Your account identity — name and email address from Google / Apple sign-in.
• Your unique user ID.
• All study progress, flashcard review history, and spaced-repetition state.
• All mock-test attempts, scores, and answer history.
• Daily activity, streaks, and goals.

What may be retained

Purchase and subscription records may be retained only for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations, after which they are deleted. These records are not used for any other purpose after account deletion.
