Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your LogWell account (an app by Hormonia) and all data associated with it.

Delete instantly in the App (recommended)

Open LogWell and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and every entry immediately — there is no waiting period.

Or request deletion by email

Send an email from the email address you signed up with to hormonia.in@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my account.

We will verify the request against your registered account and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Your account identity — name and email address from Google / Apple sign-in.
• Your unique user ID, specialty, and logbook-header details.
• Every log entry you created.
• Your export-credit balance and grant history.

Deletion cascades across all these records, so nothing tied to your account remains.

What may be retained

Purchase records may be retained only for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations, after which they are deleted. These records are not used for any other purpose after account deletion.
