LogWell (the "App") is operated by Hormonia ("we", "us"). LogWell is a personal productivity tool that lets a postgraduate medical trainee log their own clinical, procedural, and academic work and export it as a university/board-format logbook. This policy explains what data the App collects, why, how it is protected, and your choices. By using the App you agree to this policy.

This policy applies to the trainees and doctors who use the App to record their own work. LogWell keeps no patient records and is not a patient management system — see section 3.

LogWell is designed to hold no patient-identifiable information. There is no field for a patient's name, phone number, address, medical record number, or date of birth, and there never will be. Age is recorded only as a broad band (e.g. "41–60") and sex only as a category — never an exact identity. The App does not record audio, does not access your contacts, photos, or precise location, contains no advertising, and uses no advertising identifier.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to train or fine-tune AI models.
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Exported logbook files are served through short-lived, private download links and are automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days. Access to backend systems is restricted and authenticated. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by Indian law.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We use the following service providers strictly to operate the App:
