These terms govern your use of LogWell (the "App"), operated by Hormonia ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms.

LogWell is a personal productivity tool for postgraduate medical trainees. It lets you record your own clinical cases, procedures, and academic activities, track your progress against competency targets, and export a university- or board-format logbook (PDF or spreadsheet) with signature blocks for your guide and HOD.
You must be at least 18 years old and use the App for your own record-keeping. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
LogWell is a logbook and productivity tool, not a patient management system and not a clinical decision aid. It does not store patient records, diagnose, or recommend treatment. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for the accuracy of any logbook you submit to your institution.

Logging your work is free, forever. Exporting a finished logbook uses export credits, which you buy as a one-time purchase through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal — nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel. Even the "1-year unlimited" pack is a single purchase that simply expires. Credits are consumed only when you generate an export.
The App and its design are owned by Hormonia and protected by applicable laws. The entries and logbook content you create remain yours; your data is not used to train or fine-tune AI models.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or uptime. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Hormonia's liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim (which may be zero). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the App, including any consequence of a logbook you submit to your institution.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see the Delete Account page). We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore. Parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
